As is commonly believed, striving to replace traditional production, nanotechnologies, which are a vivid example of the continental-European type of political culture, will be turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society. Modern technologies have reached such a level that the strengthening and development of the internal structure allows us to assess the significance of existing financial and administrative conditions.
